The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) has formed a multi-supplier framework for a one year contract for the supply of Personal Computers. The contract commenced on 28th May and the OGP has an option to extend the contract for two periods of six months.

Who can use this contract?
Central Government Departments, Offices and non-commercial Agencies and Organisations which have a formal reporting and legal relationship to Central Government Departments, including all local authorities in Ireland (themselves including town councils, regional assemblies, county enterprise boards and library bodies).
Contracting authorities in the Irish health sector including but not limited to the Health Servive Executive, the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) and HSE funded Agencies delivering health & personal social services, funded by more than 50% from Exchequer funds.
Third level institutions (Universities, Institutes of Technology), ETB schools, primary, post primary, special and secondary schools, ETBs acting on behalf of schools, groups and clusters of schools and youth centres.
An Garda Síochána, the Defence Forces, the Irish Prison Service
Supply and installation of Desking, Pedestals & Storage Units to Central Government Departments, Local Government, the Education sector, the Health sector and other public bodies
Panel of service providers for the supply of Interpretation Services to Central Government and non-commercial agencies and organisations which have a formal reporting and legal relationship with Departments, Local Government, the Health and Education sectors, An Garda Síochána and the Defence Forces.
Supply of Conference chairs to Central Government Departments, Local Government, the Education sector, the Health sector and other public bodies
This Framework Agreement is to provide for the print, personalisation, pre-sortation, including data management/manipulation to correct errors, and insert missing fields and correct unresolved records on an estimated 3.2 million polling cards.
It should be noted that this Framework Agreement is in place for a period of two years with the option to extend for a further two years.
