Public Procurement Guidelines – Competitive process

This document sets out steps to be followed in conducting an appropriate competitive process under EU and national rules. It is intended that further guidance will be provided on issues including disclosure of information, ethics, Remedies Directive and infringement proceedings, environmental considerations in procurement and new aspects of the revised EU procure ment Directives, such as framework contracts and eprocurement.
