IPA Certificate & Diploma in Public Procurement

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) and Achilles Procurement Services, specialists in public procurement, offer two courses - the Certificate in Public Procurement and a Diploma in Public Procurement. The IPA is a recognised college of University College Dublin (UCD) and the Certificate and Diploma are accredited by UCD at Level 6, Special Purpose on the National Framework of Qualifications Level.
