Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) & Enterprise Ireland Joint Briefing - 26th April 2012

Enterprise Ireland and the Contact Centre Management Agency (CCMA) are hosting an event on 26th April in Dublin Castle, this event will bring a number of high profile companies and semi states together to talk about their experience of shared services, customer services and outsourcing. The title of the event is “Delivering Excellent Customer Service Whilst Driving Performance”.

The event is open to members of the Public Sector, Local Authorities, Third Level Institutes and Semi States only
