The National Procurement Service was nominated for three awards at the 11th Annual Ireland eGovernment Awards, which took place on 25 April 2012 in Dublin Castle. Guest of Honour was Mr Brendan Howlin T.D., Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.
The three nominations were for the development of the www.procurement.ie website. The award categories were:
- Central Ireland Award
- Education Ireland Award
- Innovation Ireland Award
As is stated in the www.irishegovernmentawards.ie website:
